About Babylon (BABY)
Babylon (BABY) is a Restaking project in Bitcoin ecosystem that aims to improve the security and usefulness of blockchain networks.
In particular, it presents a Bitcoin staking protocol that enables owners of Bitcoin to stake their currency in order to protect decentralized applications (dApps) and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchains without having to wrap, bridge, or give up custody of their assets.
This novel strategy seeks to integrate Bitcoin into the larger decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem by extending its security to other networks and allowing BTC holders to get rewards.
The project has already snapshot its airdrop campaign and has also been announced on OKX, Bitget and Kucoin Exchange on Thursday.
Beforewards, Binance also presented another Restaking protocol named Kernel DAO (KERNEL) on the Megadrop Airdrop program.
