As we build up to De.Fi World 2024 in Bangkok, we have launched an exciting new campaign designed to bring you, De.Fiers and the global crypto community together. With a large prize pool of $50,000 and plenty of engaging activities, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to showcase your skills and unlock new challenges throughout the campaign.
How the Campaign Works
Our Partner Projects offer a series of tasks that allow you to earn Points for completing them. These tasks are simple, such as following social media accounts or engaging with content, and rewards are Points that you can accumulate to climb the leaderboard and increase your chance of winning rewards.
To get started, you first need to log in with your De.Fi Social Profile, or create it if you don’t have one yet.
To create a new Social Profile, visit de.fi/claim page.
Once logged in, you can begin completing tasks and earning Points. Please keep in mind that tasks take some time to be registered after completion, so after you complete the task be patient while the Points are assigned.
We’ve also introduced a Daily Activity mini-game where you need to return every day to claim additional Points, and at the end of a full 7-day streak, you’ll get an additional bonus – a Fortune! Make sure to come back every day, or you’ll journey to the bonus Fortune will start from scratch.
Fortunes and Boosts
In addition to Campaign Points, you can also earn Fortunes, an important type of milestone that increases your chances of winning a big prize at the end.
- Earn 1 Fortune for every 750 Points accumulated.
- Claim daily rewards in the mini-game for a seven-day streak (= 7 days in a row) to earn an additional Fortune.
- Unlock more Fortunes through Boosts like a De.Fi Pro subscription, Accelerator Rank or De.Fi World 2024 ticket, each offering a different number of Fortunes.
- You also have a small chance to receive a random Fortune while claiming your daily rewards over the seven-day period. So make sure to come back daily for the mini-game.
Boosts provide bonus Fortunes (only once, when the boost is first obtained) and a percentage bonus to points from the mini-game (not from the tasks):
- Accelerator Ranks offer rank-based bonuses:
- Rank 1: +10% to Points from the mini-game and 1 bonus Fortune (earned once)
- Rank 2: +25% to Points from the mini-game and 3 bonus Fortune (earned once)
- Rank 3: +50% to Points from the mini-game and 1 bonus Fortune (earned once)
- Rank 4: +100% to Points from the mini-game and 1 bonus Fortune (earned once)
- If you upgrade to a higher rank, you will receive the difference in Fortunes. For example, if you had Rank 2 (which provides 3 Fortunes) and later achieved Rank 4 (which provides 10 Fortunes), you will receive 7 additional Fortunes. You will also receive the better boost to mini-game points from that moment on.
- De.Fi World 2024 Event Ticket holders enjoy a +50% boost to Points from the mini-game and receive 5 Fortunes (earned once).
- De.Fi Pro subscribers also gain a +50% boost to Points from the mini-game and receive 5 Fortunes (earned once).
The Leaderboard
Throughout the campaign, you can track your progress on a leaderboard highlighting participants by points. The more tasks completed and daily activities claimed, the more Points and Fortunes you accumulate, helping you climb the ranks and boost your overall campaign performance. The leaderboard is sorted by Points, but Fortunes are also key in determining who wins the prizes as explained below.
Process of Selecting Winners
At the end of the De.Fi World 2024 Campaign, winners will be chosen through a weighted randomized process based on their Points and Fortunes. Every user can only win one prize, and all prizes are paid in USDT.
For De.Fiers in positions 1 to 100 in the leaderboard (sorted by Points), each participant is guaranteed to win one of the top 100 prizes, but you won’t know which one yet: here’s where Fortunes come into play! The specific prize is determined through a special draw, where Fortunes act as kind of lottery tickets. So if you are in the top 100, congratulations: you’re sure to be rewarded – but the more Fortunes you have, the more likely you are to win one of the big prizes!
For all De.Fiers in positions 101 and beyond, we are giving away multiple hundreds or even thousands prizes, so good chance you can still win a prize! Again, these prizes will be assigned via a special draw where Fortunes act as lottery tickets, so make sure you have at least one Fortune to participate in the draw and as many Fortunes as possible to dramatically increase your chances of winning.
The Prize Pool
The highlight of the De.Fi World 2024 Campaign is a $50,000 reward pool, which will be distributed among all the winners. We launched this campaign to reward De.Fiers and the broader web3 community members who have actively supported us. This exciting reward will recognise your participation, loyalty, and dedication.
