Alchemy Pay has secured a Money Transmitter License in Arizona, marking its ninth U.S. state approval, as ACH price rallies 47% over the past week.
Alchemy Pay (ACH), a Singapore-based provider of fiat-crypto payment gateway, has obtained MTL in Arizona, allowing it to legally facilitate secure transactions between fiat and crypto in the state. With this new license, Alchemy Pay now has MTLs in nine U.S. states, including Arkansas, Iowa, and Wyoming, and is actively applying for more licenses in other U.S. states.
The company is also expanding its regulatory footprint globally, holding various licenses in countries like the UK, South Korea, Canada, and the latest addition Australia.
Alongside its licensing efforts, Alchemy Pay has been actively expanding its on-ramp infrastructure through key partnerships. In January this year, Alchemy Pay partnered with Mantle Network (MNT) and HashKey (HSK) Chain to offer on-ramp support for the networks’ native tokens. Most recently, Ethena (ENA) also integrated Alchemy Pay’s on-ramp to allow users in over 173 countries to purchase USDe and ENA with 50+ fiat currencies using regular payment methods.
Driven by its on-ramp expansions and regulatory momentum, Alchemy Pay’s token ACH has surged 47% in the past week, currently trading at around $0.027. The price also recently broke above the 20-day Exponential Moving Average at $0.02323 and is now testing a key resistance zone between $0.0275 and $0.0288 — a level that previously acted as support in mid-February. This price zone now stands as a critical area to watch for a breakout, especially in the run-up to the upcoming launch of Alchemy Pay’s Alchemy Chain — a Solana (SOL) VM-based layer-1 blockchain first announced in late October last year.
