TGE Details and Participation
Starting March 11, 2025, at 8:00 am UTC, users can join the event through Binance Wallet on the BNB Smart Chain. Binance set a subscription cap of 3 BNB (about $1,645) per participant to ensure fair access. The TGE aims to raise $800,000 in BNB, issuing up to 40 million BMT tokens—4% of the total supply.
To participate, users must update their Binance App to version 2.97.0 or later and hold BNB in their Binance Wallet. Those without BNB can swap tokens within the Binance Wallet Trade tab or deposit from their Spot account.
Speculation Over Binance Listing
Following the announcement, BMT saw a price surge, with some speculating that Binance could list the token. The exchange previously hosted MyShell’s (SHELL) TGE before listing it. However, Binance recently committed to letting the community vote on token listings while still retaining final discretion.
Security Warning and Future Plans
Binance cautioned users against fake BMT tokens circulating before the official launch. Meanwhile, Bubblemaps secured $3.2 million in funding, led by INCE Capital, to enhance its analytics and blockchain tracking tools. The BMT token launch aligns with the platform’s expansion to Solana and other blockchains.
