Frank Spiteri, Head of Asset Management at CoinShares, has departed the company, according to sources on Tuesday.
Spiteri, a longtime executive in digital asset investment, helped expand CoinShares’ product suite and supported its growth in the European market.

His departure marks a notable leadership change at a time when the digital asset industry is evolving rapidly and institutional interest continues to grow.
Spiteri had been with CoinShares since 2020, previously serving as Chief Revenue Officer before taking on his most recent role.
CoinShares declined to confirm the departure, and Spiteri could not be reached for comment.
